2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is the public-facing surface of Wasim's training, simulator-manufacturing, qualification-test and training-management activities. Through it the company describes its products, accepts enrolment and contact requests, and provides authenticated users with access to the Wasim platform.

3. Conditions of use

Access to the Site is free of charge except for the cost of any third-party connection the user has contracted to access the internet. Use of certain sections may require registration and acceptance of additional service-specific terms.

By accessing or using the Site you accept the conditions set out in this Legal Notice, in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookies Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, please discontinue use of the Site.

You undertake to:

  • Use the Site, its contents and services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, public order and good faith.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site (regulator names, airframe types, simulator engines and similar) are the property of their respective owners and are mentioned only for descriptive and interoperability purposes.
